- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or adjusted. Please take your time to review any custom text requests and sizes.
- All items in your order ship together based on the item with the longest lead time. If you need something sooner, please place separate orders.
- Please review your Expected Ship Date on each item. This is an estimated date you can expect to receive tracking information for your package. This date does not change even if quicker shipping methods are selected at check out.
- Only orders which include "Route Package Protection" are insured and covered for mishaps. If you remove "Route Package Protection" from your cart, BFFS & BABES is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- International Shipping rates do not include customs or duty fees. These are due from the customer before completing delivery.
