What size should I order?

    Our sweatshirts are intended to be slightly oversized and cozy. We use unisex men's sweatshirts as a base for most of our designs.  When ordering tie-dye, please understand sweatshirts are pre-shrunk through the dyeing process. If you are looking for an oversized fit, we suggest sizing up. Please visit our size chart for additional information. 

    How do I care for my garment?

      Our sweatshirts are pre-washed during our tie-dye process. However, we suggest washing them alone in cold water for their first at-home cleaning. In some instances, darker dyes do transfer onto lighter colors until they have been washed and broken in. Like your favorite vintage t-shirt, handmade tie-dye does fade in with wash and wear. Washing in cold water with minimal detergent will prolong the color life of your sweatshirt.

      Why does the color of my item look different than the website?

        Each sweatshirt is handmade to order. Due to the nature of tie-dye, expect variations in patterns and color tones, as dye lot variation is a natural part of the tie-dye process. Items will be similar but not identical.

        What is your return policy?

          All personalized and custom orders are Final Sale. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Items that have not been personalized can be returned for a store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please review our full return policy prior to placing your order.

          How do I see a preview of my sweatshirt?

            If you chose to personalize your sweatshirt or other item, while on the product page, simply type the name(s) you would like to see on your garment and a preview will be generated.

            I saw an item on your Instagram account, do you have it available online?

              All items posted on our Instagram account @bffsandbabes are available for purchase, unless sold out. Feel free to email or DM us on Instagram if you need assistance finding a specific item online.

              Do you sell gift cards?

                When will my order ship?

                  If you purchased a custom item, please review the estimated ship date noted on your e-receipt. Once ready to ship, all orders ship within 24 hours unless you place an order on Friday after 4:00 PM EST, which will be shipped on Monday.

                  What if I receive an item that is damaged?

                    We apologize for the inconvenience! If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

                        When bundling more than one item, your ship date extends to the longest item. Please purchase items separately if you need something sooner.
