All personalized and custom orders are Final Sale. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Items that have not been personalized can be returned for a store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to return:
- Please email email@example.com with your order number and return request for further instruction.
- We reserve the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place
- Once we have received your return, your store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We currently do not accept returns on international orders.
